Covid Policy Concerns?
The biggest question everyone has before booking a vacation lately is, “What is going on with Covid restrictions?” That question is quickly followed by, “What happens to my deposits if I have to cancel my trip?”
Kiwidivers takes our guests’ safety seriously and we comply above and beyond health safety protocols related to Covid. Additionally, we keep our guests updated on Phuket’s travel policies with updates HERE and also through our email list HERE.
With respect to deposits, Kiwidivers refunds policy is very flexible. If your booking involves on-line learning materials for a class, we cannot refund that amount, but the rest of the deposit may be refunded. (Online materials cannot be returned to PADI agency.) We understand this is a concern and we want to ensure this stress is removed and addressed with our guests right away.
