At Kiwidivers, we understand that plans may change, and circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your scuba diving booking. We strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy to ensure a positive experience for our customers. Please read the following policy carefully:

  1. Cancellation Period

To receive a refund for your scuba diving booking, you must notify us of the cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking. Any cancellations made within this 48-hour period may not be eligible for a refund due to scheduling limitations with our boat operators.

  1. Refund Eligibility

If you cancel your scuba diving booking within the 48-hour period, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Made in Advance: The cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that certain fees, such as digital learning materials, administrative charges or non-refundable deposits, may be deducted from the refund amount.
  1. Refund Process

To request a refund for your scuba diving booking, please contact us directly. We will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.

  1. No-shows or Late Arrivals

If you fail to show up for your scheduled scuba diving activity or arrive late without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend that you arrive at the designated meeting point on time to avoid any inconvenience.

  1. Changes or Rescheduling

If you need to make changes to your scuba diving booking, such as rescheduling to a different date or time, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please notify us as soon at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to make any changes, and we will assist you accordingly.

  1. Boat Operator Delays or Cancellations

In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or technical issues with the boat operator may result in delays or cancellations of scuba diving trips. If such a situation occurs, we will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives or reschedule your booking. If rescheduling is not possible, you will be eligible for a full refund.
