I’m live on the USA and let me start by confirming that Charles is a PRO!! I was on vacation in 2023 and chose Kiwi because SAFTEY was mentioned several times in reviews. Kiwi wasn’t the cheapest but my life is worth more than a negotiation exercise. I had a great experience while learning more than I could imagine. At the time the man just passed a mind blowing 10,000 dives and is committed and passionate about the sport and our safety. I decided this year to get my advanced cert and have Charles / Kiwi be my instructor. I was worried because my open water is PADI and Kiwi is SSI. He quickly convinced me that everything was going to be ok by walking me through the steps of registration and quickly uploading all online training docs for me to complete before traveling to Thailand. Today I am an Advanced diver with a Nitrox certification and very prideful that I was educated by the best!! Dive Kiwi if you want yourself and family to be safe. Charles has an eye for detail and points out marine life I would have passed by. I smile because I always knew in advance when each meal was served and I can’t remember not being one of the 1st five divers off the boat on all my 9 memorable dives.

November 18, 2024One of the most professional and qualified dive center in Phuket and they have courses for you whether you are beginner or advanced technical diver. Personally I get to learn with Kevin who is so knowledgeable in what he does. Highly recommended and will come back next year after diving with them already two years in row!

November 19, 2019We greatly enjoyed our 3 tank dive to Phi Phi islands & Shark Point with Charles of Kiwi Divers. Communication prior to the dive was excellent and very helpful, working quite flexibly with us, organised going with another boat to fit with our schedule and desired dive sites. Where the boats typically have a few dozen divers, my wife and I essentially had a private instructor in Charles which was great. Safety was top priority and Charles made sure everything worked correctly and ran us through our equipment. His knowledge and experience, not only in Phuket dive sites but elsewhere, led us on some amazing dives, often going to alternate points of interest to avoid crowds and still seeing amazing sights. We highly recommend going with Kiwi Divers Phuket, we hope to be back again.

Got scuba certified the last few days with Charles and it was amazing!! I felt very safe the whole time and didn’t feel rushed on anything, felt I could take my time doing certain skills underwater. The dive boat we went on was awesome, got treated with the Phi Phi islands. Boat also provided excellent food. 12/10 experience, highly recommend KiwiDivers to anyone interested in diving or more advanced divers!!

GREAT dive shop and friendly staff! I got certified in California waters and this was the first dive in tropical waters after my open water PADI certification. I highly recommend Ashish who was my buddy to the dive. He was very helpful setting up the gear and checking/rechecking. Ashish was a great teacher/buddy making sure I was comfortable at all times, providing tricks to improve my diving skills whenever needed. He was always in control, knew the dive site very well to show the right places making sure it was a fun dive. I highly recommend him and Kiwidiver for first time divers, fun divers and advanced divers. I am certainly coming back for my advanced certification here.
