At Kiwidivers we have no hidden fees and we never cancel classes due to small class sizes. No minimum class size restrictions!

Super chuffed to now be SSI open water certified! Thanks Charles. Charles is very experienced, very knowledgeable of the dive sites across Phuket , an ex serviceman from the UK he has dived all over the world and been an instructor since 2000. With tips about where to go in middle America and California, he even found a missing WW2 plane in Loch Ness and offered closure to the families of the fatal accident decades after the fact. Very generous with his knowledge, and I was lucky enough to have him as my personal instructor when others wouldn’t have bothered with only one student. It’s the off season in phuket so many other instructors would wait until they could book multiple students on their dives. Now SSI open water certified, very confident, and having swum with leopard sharks, turtles, lion fish, and sighted many fish and corals I need to avoid to stay safe , I gotta say I can’t fault the training, detail, and knowledge I have is all down to the thorough and fun training of one very clever and talented Scottish fella. Completely unsteriotypically generous. (Sorry Charles had to remind you of the stingy Jock joke). Oh and special thanks to the boat crew , great food, friendly assistants, and awesome dive sites.

October 19, 2024My sister and I took the open water course at Kiwidiver. The staff are wonderful! They are extremely friendly and have extensive knowledge on diving. Our instructor, Darren, has a passion for diving that he was excited to share with us. He was patient and calm which was helpful with our learning and first dives. He clearly explained the learning objectives and expectations. He has a lot of background knowledge on diving that added to the open water course. The owner, Kevin, was in and out of the shop and checked in with us frequently. He was very hands on and always willing to answer questions and make recommendations. If I’m ever back in Phuket I will return to Kiwidiver for another course!

June 19, 2024It was an amazing experience! I started my diving journey with Kiwidiver, under the guidance of Charles, who is a really great instructor. I felt calm and pretty confident under water as we trained how to manage possible stressful situations. I received knowledge of equipment, underwater behavior, navigation and so many other important things…There was always something interesting and new to learn from Charles about underwater life and diving. True professional with passion. So huge + for the instructor! Organization of open water dives was excellent. Pick up on time. All equipment needed was provided. Even nice food and drinks all time on boat! Diving sights - super cool. Sunken ship, bright coral reefs, diversity of sea animals of different shapes and colors. I am very thankful that I have chosen this company to learn diving! Highly recommend Kiwidiver 100%!

We booked three days of diving with Kiwidivers in December, we felt very welcome in their office when trying on the equipment. We embarked the next day on a boat and met our guide, a really nice and professional french divemaster. We had a great day of diving! Unfortunately we ate at the night market in the evening and my girlfriend got sick, we cancelled our next two days of diving. Obviously we couldn't get our money back for the 2nd day as we cancelled last minute but kiwidivers arranged a refund for our third day. Extremely professional, nice and down-to-earth owner, I would definitely come back! Thanks again for the awesome experience!

November 19, 2019I just came back from my holidays in Thailand, where I did 6 fun dives with kiwidiver. I can only recommend this shop. I did some research and emailed a few of the local dive centres before going. The team of kiwidiver is very professional, responded quickly and the whole logistics were seamless. My boyfriend and I had a great time on the boat and underwater. Our guide was very helpful and knowledgable and took the time to point out various macrolife and gave us time to take photos. Would definitely book again! Thanks for the great experience!
