Charles is a very experienced dive instructor to make a day trip with. He makes sure everything runs smooth the entire day. On top, he's always open for an interesting chat to learn more about diving and sea life. 5 star more than worth it!

This is the third time that I've been with this company in the last four years and I'll keep going back to them. I think that says it all. Equipment and service is fine. Friendly staff who are there because they enjoy it not because it's a job. The diving just keeps getting better in phuket every time that I go. There is more and more marine life each year

I’m live on the USA and let me start by confirming that Charles is a PRO!! I was on vacation in 2023 and chose Kiwi because SAFTEY was mentioned several times in reviews. Kiwi wasn’t the cheapest but my life is worth more than a negotiation exercise. I had a great experience while learning more than I could imagine. At the time the man just passed a mind blowing 10,000 dives and is committed and passionate about the sport and our safety. I decided this year to get my advanced cert and have Charles / Kiwi be my instructor. I was worried because my open water is PADI and Kiwi is SSI. He quickly convinced me that everything was going to be ok by walking me through the steps of registration and quickly uploading all online training docs for me to complete before traveling to Thailand. Today I am an Advanced diver with a Nitrox certification and very prideful that I was educated by the best!! Dive Kiwi if you want yourself and family to be safe. Charles has an eye for detail and points out marine life I would have passed by. I smile because I always knew in advance when each meal was served and I can’t remember not being one of the 1st five divers off the boat on all my 9 memorable dives.

Charles is very experienced, very knowledgeable of the dive sites across Phuket , an ex serviceman from the UK he has dived all over the world and been an instructor since 2000. With tips about where to go in middle America and California, he even found a missing WW2 plane in Loch Ness and offered closure to the families of the fatal accident decades after the fact. Very generous with his knowledge, and I was lucky enough to have him as my personal instructor when others wouldn’t have bothered with only one student. It’s the off season in phuket so many other instructors would wait until they could book multiple students on their dives. Now SSI open water certified, very confident, and having swum with leopard sharks, turtles, lion fish, and sighted many fish and corals I need to avoid to stay safe , I gotta say I can’t fault the training, detail, and knowledge I have is all down to the thorough and fun training of one very clever and talented Scottish fella. Completely unsteriotypically generous. (Sorry Charles had to remind you of the stingy Jock joke). Oh and special thanks to the boat crew , great food, friendly assistants, and awesome dive sites.

We had great dives with kiwidiver! Although we came a day in advance kiwidiver made sure we would have a place on the boat! We went to racha noi and had great visibility. Would definitely recommend!

I dived with Kiwidivers to get a PADI open diver course. Even though it was a high season in new years holiday, the shop owner was very flexible to arrange training and diving schedule. He was really good at teaching beginner like me. That was a great dive experience thanks to them.
