June 19, 2024I just finished my Open Water Diver Course with Charles and Kiwidivers. Charles was absolutely amazing and competent as my instructor. I had a personal 3 day session with him and i felt super safe and this made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. Charles was always extremely patient with me given that this was my first time diving. He made the process super easy and smooth. Would be recommending his center to my friends and family - would love to do my advanced course with him as well.

This is the third time that I've been with this company in the last four years and I'll keep going back to them. I think that says it all. Equipment and service is fine. Friendly staff who are there because they enjoy it not because it's a job. The diving just keeps getting better in phuket every time that I go. There is more and more marine life each year

Charles is a great guide, super-helpful, and takes care of everything so you can enjoy your dives. Kiwi also make the experience personal, they take the time to get to know you and your preferences, so I would highly recommend them for diving when you are in Phuket.

Charles was the best diving teacher and instructor one can wish for. I started my Open Water course really scared and unsure if diving was for me. But Charles was incredibly patient with me, answering all my questions in detail and made me feel safe and confident to try my first ever dive. His calmness and patience helped me stay relaxed. He knows the area really well and what species to look out for at each dive site. He knows how to get away from other divers, finding our own routes which is why we got lucky to see sharks, leopard sharks, cuttle fish, sea horses and turtles. But each dive was special as Charles finds and points out even the smallest shrimp in their holes. I had such a great time I booked another dive the week after finishing my course.
