I’m live on the USA and let me start by confirming that Charles is a PRO!! I was on vacation in 2023 and chose Kiwi because SAFTEY was mentioned several times in reviews. Kiwi wasn’t the cheapest but my life is worth more than a negotiation exercise. I had a great experience while learning more than I could imagine. At the time the man just passed a mind blowing 10,000 dives and is committed and passionate about the sport and our safety. I decided this year to get my advanced cert and have Charles / Kiwi be my instructor. I was worried because my open water is PADI and Kiwi is SSI. He quickly convinced me that everything was going to be ok by walking me through the steps of registration and quickly uploading all online training docs for me to complete before traveling to Thailand. Today I am an Advanced diver with a Nitrox certification and very prideful that I was educated by the best!! Dive Kiwi if you want yourself and family to be safe. Charles has an eye for detail and points out marine life I would have passed by. I smile because I always knew in advance when each meal was served and I can’t remember not being one of the 1st five divers off the boat on all my 9 memorable dives.

Couldn’t recommend diving with kiwi divers enough! I spent two days getting my advanced open water certification and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Charles is an absolute professional with a wealth of experience and knowledge on all things diving. I highly recommend Kiwidivers! If I make it back to Phuket I’ll definitely be diving with them again! 🙂

Had a great time with Kiwi Divers!! Summary of my trip with the wife: 1) Charles (boss) know his way around the community, and he got us his favorite big boat, really nice big boat with all the facilities for diving 2) definitely an experience dive master with knowledge of the area, he knows where all the fishes, and we saw the leopard shark ( big one) at shark point dive site 3) gears were good in good condition, pick up was also arrange for us All in all, a very lovely trip, had a great time with the wife. Note to self, bring more cash, many places does not accept card or eWallet Also, the diving community definitely needs support after the Covid era, please do come and support Regards, Matthew

It was really great. I did my AOWD course with Charles. I really enjoyed everything. Dive sites were great, brilliant boat and a very, very well experienced instructor and a great person. We greatly enjoyed our 3 tank dive to Phi Phi islands & Shark Point with Charles of Kiwi Divers. Communication prior to the dive was excellent and very helpful, working quite flexibly with us, organised going with another boat to fit with our schedule and desired dive sites. Where the boats typically have a few dozen divers, my wife and I essentially had a private instructor in Charles which was great. Safety was top priority and Charles made sure everything worked correctly and ran us through our equipment. His knowledge and experience, not only in Phuket dive sites but elsewhere, led us on some amazing dives, often going to alternate points of interest to avoid crowds and still seeing amazing sights. We highly recommend going with Kiwi Divers Phuket, we hope to be back again.

Last minute booking was no problem and everything was handled very professionally. The proprietor Charles only takes small or even personal customer groups which was great and it was lots of fun to go diving with him.
