At Kiwidivers we have no hidden fees and we never cancel classes due to small class sizes. No minimum class size restrictions!

This is the third time that I've been with this company in the last four years and I'll keep going back to them. I think that says it all. Equipment and service is fine. I’m live on the USA and let me start by confirming that Charles is a PRO!! I was on vacation in 2023 and chose Kiwi because SAFTEY was mentioned several times in reviews. Kiwi wasn’t the cheapest but my life is worth more than a negotiation exercise. I had a great experience while learning more than I could imagine. At the time the man just passed a mind blowing 10,000 dives and is committed and passionate about the sport and our safety. I decided this year to get my advanced cert and have Charles / Kiwi be my instructor. I was worried because my open water is PADI and Kiwi is SSI. He quickly convinced me that everything was going to be ok by walking me through the steps of registration and quickly uploading all online training docs for me to complete before traveling to Thailand. Today I am an Advanced diver with a Nitrox certification and very prideful that I was educated by the best!! Dive Kiwi if you want yourself and family to be safe. Charles has an eye for detail and points out marine life I would have passed by. I smile because I always knew in advance when each meal was served and I can’t remember not being one of the 1st five divers off the boat on all my 9 memorable dives.

May 19, 2024Got scuba certified the last few days with Charles and it was amazing!! I felt very safe the whole time and didn’t feel rushed on anything, felt I could take my time doing certain skills underwater. The dive boat we went on was awesome, got treated with the Phi Phi islands. Boat also provided excellent food. 12/10 experience, highly recommend KiwiDivers to anyone interested in diving or more advanced divers!!

We booked three days of diving with Kiwidivers in December, we felt very welcome in their office when trying on the equipment. We embarked the next day on a boat and met our guide, a really nice and professional french divemaster. We had a great day of diving! Unfortunately we ate at the night market in the evening and my girlfriend got sick, we cancelled our next two days of diving. Obviously we couldn't get our money back for the 2nd day as we cancelled last minute but kiwidivers arranged a refund for our third day. Extremely professional, nice and down-to-earth owner, I would definitely come back! Thanks again for the awesome experience!

I had a personal 3 day session with him and i felt super safe and this made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. Charles was always extremely patient with me given that this was my first time diving. He made the process super easy and smooth. Would be recommending his center to my friends and family - would love to do my advanced course with him as well.
