It was an amazing experience! I started my diving journey with Kiwidiver, under the guidance of Charles, who is a really great instructor. I felt calm and pretty confident under water as we trained how to manage possible stressful situations. I received knowledge of equipment, underwater behavior, navigation and so many other important things…There was always something interesting and new to learn from Charles about underwater life and diving. True professional with passion. So huge + for the instructor! Organization of open water dives was excellent. Pick up on time. All equipment needed was provided. Even nice food and drinks all time on boat! Diving sights - super cool. Sunken ship, bright coral reefs, diversity of sea animals of different shapes and colors. I am very thankful that I have chosen this company to learn diving! Highly recommend Kiwidiver 100%!

November 19, 2022We greatly enjoyed our 3 tank dive to Phi Phi islands & Shark Point with Charles of Kiwi Divers. Communication prior to the dive was excellent and very helpful, working quite flexibly with us, organised going with another boat to fit with our schedule and desired dive sites. Where the boats typically have a few dozen divers, my wife and I essentially had a private instructor in Charles which was great. Safety was top priority and Charles made sure everything worked correctly and ran us through our equipment. His knowledge and experience, not only in Phuket dive sites but elsewhere, led us on some amazing dives, often going to alternate points of interest to avoid crowds and still seeing amazing sights. We highly recommend going with Kiwi Divers Phuket, we hope to be back again.

March 19, 2024We booked a two-tank dive with Kiwidiver and had such a great time we went back for a three-tank dive a couple days later. Charles is a great guide, super-helpful, and takes care of everything so you can enjoy your dives. Kiwi also make the experience personal, they take the time to get to know you and your preferences, so I would highly recommend them for diving when you are in Phuket.

I'd highly recommend Kiwidivers if you're scubadiving around Thailand. Charles was my instructor and was very informative and helpful on getting me through the advanced open water course. He gave me plenty if tips on improving my underwater photography skills too. The kit is all decent for the great conditions in that part of the world. The boats taking us to and from each location catered to our needs with amazing food and plenty of portions, the staff were really friendly and helpful with the kit. The diving itself is phenomenal as we saw up to 20 m visibility in some top locations to spot various sea life from clown fish to sting rays. The water being around 20 degrees Celsius made for comfortable swimming.

February 19, 2024I paid for my rescue diver certification. Did the training and left. Months after, I realize they never sent in my certification application. All that time and money....wasted.

November 19, 2022We booked three days of diving with Kiwidivers in December, we felt very welcome in their office when trying on the equipment. We embarked the next day on a boat and met our guide, a really nice and professional french divemaster. We had a great day of diving! Unfortunately we ate at the night market in the evening and my girlfriend got sick, we cancelled our next two days of diving. Obviously we couldn't get our money back for the 2nd day as we cancelled last minute but kiwidivers arranged a refund for our third day. Extremely professional, nice and down-to-earth owner, I would definitely come back! Thanks again for the awesome experience!

November 19, 2023I had my 2nd dive experience in Thailand with Kiwi Divers Phuket. A 3 dive trip with Charles. From the first moment I contacted Kiwi Divers I knew I had made the right choice. Charles is extreamly experienced and professional. As an advanced diver I could relax knowing my buddy had my back if anything happened allowing me to totally relax and enjoy every moment of each dive. Thank you Charles you are a credit to the industry and an amazing photographer.

November 19, 2023I booked a day trip with Kiwidiver in Jan 2018 and had an awesome day. Other than the main street dive centres, Kiwidiver uses higher end equipment, as they are specialised in Technical diving. So for all courses and day trips they use Frog BCDs and APEKS regulators, which are owned by and serviced at the dive shop (and not rented). I booked 3 fun dives at Racha Noi and Racha Yai. Meeting point is the Kiwidiver shop, where you'll be fitted in your scuba gear and from there transferred to the peer, which is a mere 5min drive from the dive center. The dive boat was large and did not feel crowded. There is breakfast, lunch, snacks, water, tea and coffee provided. Dive time is 50min at each site, so make sure you've set up your equipment and are ready to jump. Your instructor will tell you the boat time before starting the briefing. Between dives you can stretch out on the sun decks and enjoy the cruise. Don't forget to take your own towel, sun lotion, sun glasses and maybe a book if you're travelling solo. Also some cash, so you can leave a tip for the boat crew!

What to expect when diving in Phuket
Unleash the Adventure: Explore Phuket’s Underwater Wonderland
Dive into the heart of the Andaman Sea and discover why Phuket is a diver’s paradise. At Kiwidivers, we specialize in crafting unforgettable scuba diving experiences that bring you face-to-face with the ocean’s most stunning wildlife. Whether you’re a seasoned diver or just starting, our fun dives are designed to thrill, inspire, and connect you with the natural world.
Why Choose Phuket for Scuba Diving?
Phuket’s waters are teeming with life, offering divers the chance to see dozens of species in a single dive—far more than you’d typically encounter on land-based wildlife tours. From vibrant coral gardens to majestic underwater rock formations, every dive is a new adventure. Our expert guides will take you to iconic sites like:
- Phi Phi Islands: Known for their crystal-clear waters and thriving marine ecosystems, the Phi Phi Islands are a must-visit. Glide alongside schools of tropical fish, spot graceful sea turtles, and marvel at the kaleidoscope of colors beneath the waves.
- King Cruiser Wreck: This sunken ferry is now a thriving artificial reef, home to groupers, snappers, and barracudas. Explore its fascinating structure and witness how nature has reclaimed this man-made marvel.
- Shark Point: Don’t let the name scare you—this site is famous for its leopard sharks, moray eels, and vibrant soft corals. It’s a haven for marine life and a favorite among photographers.

Closer to Nature Than Ever Before
Scuba diving isn’t just a sport; it’s a gateway to a world most people never see. Imagine floating weightlessly as a sea turtle glides past, or watching a school of angelfish dart through the coral. The ocean is alive with activity, and every dive offers a chance to witness something extraordinary. On average, divers in Phuket encounter dozens of species in a single dive—far more than you’d see on a safari or jungle trek. It’s an experience that brings you closer to nature in a way that’s both humbling and exhilarating.
