November 19, 2017I just finished my Open Water Diver Course with Charles and Kiwidivers. Charles was absolutely amazing and competent as my instructor. I had a personal 3 day session with him and i felt super safe and this made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. Charles was always extremely patient with me given that this was my first time diving. He made the process super easy and smooth. Would be recommending his center to my friends and family - would love to do my advanced course with him as well.

November 19, 2023My brother and I arrived in Phuket and decided on short notice to take an Open Water Course. All dive shops turned us down for short notice, however, Charles at Kiwi Diver made it happen! As we learned to dive, Charles was meticulous with the training, yet he made diving fun and not too technical! As I honed my skills, I became more confident and explored divergent dive sites. If you're in Phuket and thinking about taking a dive, Kiwi Diver is your place. The prices might be a little higher than other dive shops, but the divemaster here has over 9,000 dives under his belt, which translates to a fantastic learning experience.

My sister and I took the open water course at Kiwidiver. The staff are wonderful! They are extremely friendly and have extensive knowledge on diving. Our instructor, Darren, has a passion for diving that he was excited to share with us. He was patient and calm which was helpful with our learning and first dives. He clearly explained the learning objectives and expectations. He has a lot of background knowledge on diving that added to the open water course. The owner, Kevin, was in and out of the shop and checked in with us frequently. He was very hands on and always willing to answer questions and make recommendations. If I’m ever back in Phuket I will return to Kiwidiver for another course!

I made with him open and advanced diving courses, 2 times beach diving and one more day for fun diving from the boat. During lessons Charles speak only about important things. He have more than 8000 divings experience. I recommend.
