November 19, 2023I’m live on the USA and let me start by confirming that Charles is a PRO!! I was on vacation in 2023 and chose Kiwi because SAFTEY was mentioned several times in reviews. Kiwi wasn’t the cheapest but my life is worth more than a negotiation exercise. I had a great experience while learning more than I could imagine. At the time the man just passed a mind blowing 10,000 dives and is committed and passionate about the sport and our safety. I decided this year to get my advanced cert and have Charles / Kiwi be my instructor. I was worried because my open water is PADI and Kiwi is SSI. He quickly convinced me that everything was going to be ok by walking me through the steps of registration and quickly uploading all online training docs for me to complete before traveling to Thailand. Today I am an Advanced diver with a Nitrox certification and very prideful that I was educated by the best!! Dive Kiwi if you want yourself and family to be safe. Charles has an eye for detail and points out marine life I would have passed by. I smile because I always knew in advance when each meal was served and I can’t remember not being one of the 1st five divers off the boat on all my 9 memorable dives.

Charles was the best diving teacher and instructor one can wish for. I started my Open Water course really scared and unsure if diving was for me. But Charles was incredibly patient with me, answering all my questions in detail and made me feel safe and confident to try my first ever dive. His calmness and patience helped me stay relaxed. He knows the area really well and what species to look out for at each dive site. He knows how to get away from other divers, finding our own routes which is why we got lucky to see sharks, leopard sharks, cuttle fish, sea horses and turtles. But each dive was special as Charles finds and points out even the smallest shrimp in their holes. I had such a great time I booked another dive the week after finishing my course.

November 19, 2023I just came back from my holidays in Thailand, where I did 6 fun dives with kiwidiver. I can only recommend this shop. I did some research and emailed a few of the local dive centres before going. The team of kiwidiver is very professional, responded quickly and the whole logistics were seamless. My boyfriend and I had a great time on the boat and underwater. Our guide was very helpful and knowledgable and took the time to point out various macrolife and gave us time to take photos. Would definitely book again! Thanks for the great experience!
