We booked a two-tank dive with Kiwidiver and had such a great time we went back for a three-tank dive a couple days later. November 19, 2023Charles was the best diving teacher and instructor one can wish for. I started my Open Water course really scared and unsure if diving was for me. But Charles was incredibly patient with me, answering all my questions in detail and made me feel safe and confident to try my first ever dive. His calmness and patience helped me stay relaxed. He knows the area really well and what species to look out for at each dive site. He knows how to get away from other divers, finding our own routes which is why we got lucky to see sharks, leopard sharks, cuttle fish, sea horses and turtles. But each dive was special as Charles finds and points out even the smallest shrimp in their holes. I had such a great time I booked another dive the week after finishing my course.

My brother and I arrived in Phuket and decided on short notice to take an Open Water Course. All dive shops turned us down for short notice, however, Charles at Kiwi Diver made it happen! As we learned to dive, Charles was meticulous with the training, yet he made diving fun and not too technical! As I honed my skills, I became more confident and explored divergent dive sites. If you're in Phuket and thinking about taking a dive, Kiwi Diver is your place. The prices might be a little higher than other dive shops, but the divemaster here has over 9,000 dives under his belt, which translates to a fantastic learning experience.

Summary of my trip with the wife: 1) Charles (boss) know his way around the community, and he got us his favorite big boat, really nice big boat with all the facilities for diving 2) definitely an experience dive master with knowledge of the area, he knows where all the fishes, and we saw the leopard shark ( big one) at shark point dive site 3) gears were good in good condition, pick up was also arrange for us All in all, a very lovely trip, had a great time with the wife. Note to self, bring more cash, many places does not accept card or eWallet Also, the diving community definitely needs support after the Covid era, please do come and support Regards, Matthew

Friendly staff who are there because they enjoy it not because it's a job. The diving just keeps getting better in phuket every time that I go. There is more and more marine life each year

My first time diving and I completed the Open Water SSI certification. Charles lead me through getting familiar with the equipment and helped me get comfortable with breathing underwater in the pool. The next two days we dove at Racha and Phi Phi. Both beautiful sites. I felt well taken care of on the boat; Charles making sure we were ready for the dives. Highly recommend.

I made with him open and advanced diving courses, 2 times beach diving and one more day for fun diving from the boat. During lessons Charles speak only about important things. He have more than 8000 divings experience. I recommend.

I felt very safe the whole time and didn’t feel rushed on anything, felt I could take my time doing certain skills underwater. The dive boat we went on was awesome, got treated with the Phi Phi islands. Boat also provided excellent food. 12/10 experience, highly recommend KiwiDivers to anyone interested in diving or more advanced divers!!
